I am a Creative Manager, Designer and Print Artist with a passion for mentoring, creating more efficient processes and supporting brands with clean, effective designs. As the owner of Density Design LLC, I specialize in working with small businesses and start-ups, helping them refine their vision and stand out with polished, impactful designs that resonate with their audiences.
You might also know me as "Grace Killy" from Milwaukee's Brewcity Bruisers Roller Derby, where I volunteer my time managing print and digital marketing assets to support the league’s community presence and events. This role reflects my commitment to using design to strengthen connections and inspire engagement.
My professional journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, including my role as Lead Designer at Core Creative (2016–2024), where I led a team of designers to deliver creative assets for Milwaukee Tool. I streamlined processes, provided creative direction, and mentored team members, ensuring efficiency and high-quality results.
These experiences, alongside roles as a draftsman for an engineering firm, visual communications specialist, and emergency management technician in the Air Force National Guard, have equipped me to connect with diverse industries and translate their passions into cohesive, impactful brands.
I thrive on complex, multi-faceted projects with tight deadlines and clear goals, excelling both independently and as part of a team. With a proven track record as a Lead Graphic Designer, Art Director, and Manager, I bring expertise in streamlining workflows, managing teams, and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.
Beyond design, I find joy in riding and working on my motorcycle, playing unconventional sports like roller derby and Irish hurling, and channeling my creativity into every aspect of life.
